Individual Glazing
Frontline’s individual glazing system is as unique and individual as our clients. Individual glazing offers a traditional solid timber appearance with all the added benefits of fine aluminium.
Individual glass panes are set within interlocked glazing bars forming a structural network that enhances the timber theme of most traditional and classic homes. Windows and doors can be customised using a range of glass colours and glass types. Bevelled, etched or patterned, the choice is yours.
Increase your choice of glazing options. Each pane of glass is separate and can therefore be considered individually. This means that each product can include a range of glass types including patterned, coloured or machined edges such as bevelling. This also means that accidental damage can be repaired easily and economically without the need to reapply adhesive bars to the entire pane. Security can be increased in cases where pane sizes will limit access. For example the standard colonial design uses a uniform grid of bars glazed with small panes of glass. If a pane is broken the remainder of the product stays intact. A potential intruder would need to undergo major deconstruction of the product to gain entry, most likely moving on to an easier target instead. |
